Who are we

Capcore is an independent UK based commercial occupier real estate consultancy regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We provide clients with a Principal Level service and offer clients independent focused advice to investment sales, purchases and development funding. Capcore is the trading name of Capcore Advisory Limited under Company Number 17042369.

Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the Capcore network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

Anti-Money Laundering

In order to comply with the requirements of the anti-money laundering regulations in force, we will be required to obtain evidence to verify your identity. The required evidence may include sight of your passport, or other identification documents. We will retain this information for the duration of any negotiation and for 7 years post completion of the transaction.
