Will holds an MSc in Real Estate (Distinction) from Bayes Business School and an LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Southampton. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Will is qualified through the RICS Property Finance and Investment pathway.

Gareth has over 21 years' experience in the Real Estate industry having worked at Donaldsons LLP, JLL, CBRE and Aviva Investors across a variety of sectors and global geographies.

Gareth has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Real Estate and Management from Birmingham City University and an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management (due December 2026). He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
