This website is owned and controlled by Capcore Advisory Limited, trading as Capcore. If you use this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Capcore Advisory Limited is a Limited Company registered in England with registered number 17042369. Our registered office is Central House 124 High Street Central House Hampton Hill TW12 1NS, where you may look at a list of members names.

Complaints Handling Procedure

As a regulated RICS firm, Capcore Holdings Limited (“Capcore”) have in place a Complaints Handling Procedure (“CHP”), which meets the regulatory requirements.

Our CHP has two stages. Stage one of the CHP gives our firm the opportunity to review and consider your complaint in full. Our firm will try to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with our response, you will have the opportunity to take your complaint to stage two. Stage two gives you, the client, the opportunity to have your complaint reviewed and considered by an independent redress provider, approved by RICS.

Stage One

If you have spoken to us about your complaint, please put the details of your complaint in writing. We ask that you put your complaint in writing to make sure that we have a full understanding of the reasons for your complaint. Please send your written complaint to:

We will consider your complaint as quickly as possible and will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days. If we are not able to give you a full response, we will update you within 28 days.

Who are we

Capcore is an independent UK based commercial occupier real estate consultancy regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We provide clients with a Principal Level service and offer clients independent focused advice to investment sales, purchases and development funding. Capcore is the trading name of Capcore Advisory Limited under Company Number 17042369.

How do we collect information from you

We obtain information from you when:

  1. You ask for access to any of our data rooms

  2. We undertake checks for anti-money laundering (AML) purposes

What type of information is collected from you

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, your job description and property preferences.

How is your information used

We use your personally identifiable information to respond to your requests and to provide you with information about Capcore services. We may also use your information to:

  • Send you our latest investment sales.

  • Provide property market specific research and thought leadership emails.

  • Provide information about Capcore, our latest deals and information about the team.

Who has access to your information

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third-party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send investment sales brochures via email or post). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the Capcore network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

Anti-Money Laundering

In order to comply with the requirements of the anti-money laundering regulations in force, we will be required to obtain evidence to verify your identity. The required evidence may include sight of your passport, or other identification documents. We will retain this information for the duration of any negotiation and for 7 years post completion of the transaction.

Your choices

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us offering investment sales or market research, then you can email us at gareth.morgan@capcoreadvisory.com confirming your desire to opt-out.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email or phone if you have emailed us prior indicating that you do not wish to be contacted. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by post if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted.

How you can access and update your information

The accuracy of your information is important to us. You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you. We store your data in a secure database.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Capcore hold about you (we may charge for information requests) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Profiling

We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you.
